These Terms of Service explain how +1 provides its product visual production services. By contacting us, requesting a sample, approving a quote, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
+1 provides product visual production support, including image editing, product retouching, background removal, clipping path, ghost mannequin, flatlay, color correction, advanced retouching, basic digital imaging, 360° product videos, SKU motion clips, and related production services.
2. Project Scope
Each project is based on the agreed scope, instructions, references, output specifications, volume, timeline, and delivery method.
Any changes after approval may affect the quote, timeline, or production setup.
3. Samples
A free sample may be available for up to three images, depending on the project requirements.
Samples are used to align editing standards, instruction clarity, and production expectations before larger work begins.
4. Quotes and Approval
We review your files, brief, references, and requirements before providing a quote and timeline.
Production only starts after the quote, scope, and timeline are approved.
5. Payment
Production starts after the quote is approved and payment has been received.
Payment received. Slot secured. Once payment is confirmed, your production slot is secured and the work is ready to move.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing:
- Source files
- Clear instructions
- Visual references
- Output specifications
- Expected turnaround
- Accurate project information
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect the timeline.
7. Production and Delivery
We process each project based on the agreed scope and production setup.
Final files are delivered through the agreed delivery channel and format. Turnaround may vary depending on complexity, volume, feedback, and production capacity.
8. Revisions
Corrections based on the original instructions are included.
New or additional instructions may be treated as a scope change and may require additional charges or timeline adjustment.
9. Client Files and Ownership
You retain ownership of the original files, images, trademarks, and content you provide.
+1 retains ownership of its internal workflow, methods, templates, and production process. Final deliverables may be used by the client after payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Portfolio Use
We do not display client work publicly as portfolio, case study, or marketing material without permission.
11. Confidentiality
We handle client files, references, and project information with care.
We do not intentionally disclose confidential project information unless required to deliver the service, comply with the law, or receive permission from the client.
12. Acceptable Use
Clients must have the right to use and share the files provided to +1.
We may refuse work involving illegal, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content.
13. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver work carefully and professionally.
However, +1 is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, lost profit, platform rejection, or issues caused by unclear instructions, incomplete materials, late feedback, third-party tools, or client-side use of the final files.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
